ZULU Closing ceremony 2013 Cane Festival
Good news : « Zulu », le film de Jérôme Salle avec Orlando Bloom sera en effet de clôture pour cette 66ème édition. Une excellente surprise, surtout après avoir appris que « Gatsby le magnifique » serait le film d’ouverture. Décidément, Cannes 2013 a un crû des plus prometteurs. Synopsis : Dans une Afrique du Sud encore hantée par l’apartheid, deux policiers, un noir, un blanc, pourchassent le meurtrier sauvage d’une jeune adolescente. Des Townships de Capetown aux luxueuses villas du bord de mer, cette enquête va bouleverser la vie des deux hommes et les contraindre à affronter leurs démons intérieurs. Un nouveau long-métrage pour le français Jérôme Salle à qui l’on doit déjà « Largo Winch » et « Largo Winch 2 ». C’est également lui qui a écrit le scénario de « The Tourist » avec Johnny Depp et Angelina Jolie . Orlando Bloom de son côté se faisait discret ces derniers mois, Cannes sera donc l’excuse idéale pour faire un retour en beauté sur tapis rouge. This year, for the 65th edition, VIP Belgium is partnering with Sea Shepherd for a great charity evening on the renowned beach of Hotel Martinez. Florence Cymerman, member of Sea Shepherd came to Cannes to raise funds for the causes defended by the association. The founder of Sea Shepherd Paul Watson, was arrested this week and is at risk of extradition to Costa Rica or death is waiting... In parallel with this evening's big event in Paris, VIP Belgium is hosting a great evening, many international personalities have confirmed their presence.
