Lambert Wilson to host ceremonies of the 68th Festival

The actor takes on this role which he had already taken up last year at the 67th edition. Lambert Wilson had marked the ceremonies of the 67th Cannes Film Festival with his elegance, ease and lyrical eloquence to evoke his love of cinema.  At the end of the Palmarès which crowned Winter Sleep by Nuri Bilge Ceylan, the actor concluded with these words: « The world is written in an incomprehensible language, but the films translate it to us in a universal way. Without their light, everyone stays in their night »

The Festival is chaired this year by the Coen brothers.
