Criticism Week on display with Ronit Elkabetz
The poster of the 54th edition of Criticism Week #cannes68 has just been revealed.
Inspired by the second film by Mélanie Laurent, Breathe and her main actress Lou de Laage, this visual tends to illustrate « the new breath of cinema ».
Created in 1962, with the aim of highlighting the promising talents of world cinema, the selection of Critical Week consisting of 10 feature films and 10 short films will be announced on April 20th. The Grand Jury Prize, the Revelation Prize and the Discovery Prize will be awarded by actress and director Ronit Elkabetz.

For his jury, Ronit Elkabetz will be surrounded by four international personalities, each representing the film professions: Katell Quilleveré (cineaste), Peter Suschitzky (director of photography), Andrea Picard (programmer at the Toronto International Film Festival) and Boyd van Hoeij (journalist).
They will award three prizes: the Nespresso Grand Prix and Revelation Prize France 4 for feature films and Sony CineAlta Discovery Award for short films.
