« Giants » was made by the Liegeois Bouli Lanners and co-produced by Jani Thiltges at Samsa FilmLuxembourg production will be projected at the close of the « Directors' Fortnight » at the 64th Cannes Festival.
The filming took place largely in the Northern Luxembourg, a familiar area in Bouli Lanners since some members of his family came from it.
The three young characters are camped by Zaccharie Chasserieaud, Martin Nissen and Paul Bartel and are surrounded, among others, by Marthe Keller, Karim Leclou and Didier Toupy.
Many Luxembourg technicians contributed to the film:
Philippe Kohn (master sound), Claudine Moureaud-Demoulling (maquillage), Carlo Thiel (1st assistant camera), Claude Ludovicy (regie), Patrick Müller ( plateau photographer) or Jean-Luc Simon (1st assistant editing).
