A poster between nostalgia and modernity
The official poster of this 78th edition pays tribute to the iconic film A man and a woman by Claude Lelouch, Palme d'Or in 1966. She staged the passionate embrace between Anouk Aimée and Jean-Louis Trintignant, capturing the timeless essence of love in cinema. This image, symbol of French romanticism, also recalls the mural inaugurated in 2024 in Cannes, celebrating this masterpiece of French cinema (see other posters of the Cannes Film Festival 2025)
