Cannes Festival 2026 Le Palmarès Un Certain Regard 2026 unveiled in Cannes The Cannes Film Festival unveiled on May 22nd the list of Un Certain Regard 2026, a section dedicated to young cinemas, author's eyes and discoveries from all over the world. This year, the selection featured 19 feature films, including 6 first films also competing for the Caméra d'or. Chaired by French actress Leïla Bekhti, this edition 2026 has brought to light bold films, carried by new cinematographic writings and singular universes. Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma opened the selection this year. Le Palmarès Un Certain Regard 2026 Un Certain Regard Everytime Award Directed by Sandra Wollner, the film won the Prix Un Certain Regard 2026. Jury Prize The Elephants in Brum Directed by Abinash Bikram Shah, this first film was distinguished by the jury. Special Jury Prize Le Corset Directed by Louis Clichy, the film receives the Special Jury Prize. Best Actor Bradley Fiomona Dembeasset Awarded for his role in Congo Boy, directed by Rafiki Fariala. Best Actrices Marina de Tavira, Daniela Marín Navarro and Marianel Villegas Awarded for their roles in Siempre Soy Tu Animal Materno, directed by Valentina Maurel.
