Cannes 2016: Official poster of the 69th edition of the Mépris de Godard

The official poster of the 69th edition of the Cannes Film Festival has just been unveiled. It was designed from
photograms of the film Le Mépris de Godard.
The organizers recall that through this poster, « the Festival renews its founding commitment: pay tribute
to creators, celebrate the history of cinema and welcome new ways of looking at the world. Like a climb
steps in the form of ascent to the infinite horizon of a projection screen. »

Hervé Chigioni and his graphic designer Gilles Frappier designed this poster for the 69th Cannes Festival.
