Official opening dinner of the Festival to celebrate the first film screened in competition, Moonrise Kingdom, in the presence of the entire team led by director Wes Anderson and the jury, in full.
600 guests in front of Agora all dressed in pink, close to the Festival Palace. Actors Bruce Willis and Bill Murray, as well as designer Jean-Paul Gaultier, have done well thanks to the exercise of autographs. On the menu, morels and truffles with yellow wine, salmon and scallop backs with horseradish, Limousin veal shank and foie gras, before an impressive cube of light and individual ice containing a mousse of red fruit and licorice, with its madeleine with lavender honey. The party is extended on the pontoon of the Carlton beach.
