When TV producer Paul Smith put everything for the TV show quiz and success of ITV ‘Who wants to win millions', the hobby for a family's pub quiz will turn into an obsession. While the family failed to win the grand prize, all eyes turned to Major Charles Ingram to replace them. The suspense is at its peak while Charles crossed all the questions with hesitation and turns. The production then launches a parallel investigation that will reveal a cheating pattern based on a cough from the public. Charles was then charged with fraud and persecuted by the public and the press. He and his wife Diana, the supposed source of cough, must then go to court. The trial seems to be all seen but as the defense progresses, the jury learns that much more is hidden behind the surface.
