La série « Du Fleuve Naissent Les Rivières » projetée en Compétition Séries Courtes à CANNESERIES (Saison 6 / 2023), pitchée par son créateur Christopher Yip.
From the River Nasez les Rivières depicts the difficulties encountered by an immigrant family trying to create a home to the west. The Chow family bet on an alcohol store and a laundromat in a small Canadian town. Gordon and Diana's marriage broke down and their children, Loretta and Henry, felt the consequences. Ten years later, they are all trapped under the same roof in a heavy snowstorm. The Chows then had to deal with the events that had torn them ten years earlier, in order to survive the storm.
