Developed by the showrunner Joshua Safran, screenwriter and executive producer of the original series, this extension of the classic series brings us back to the heart of the Upper East Side with a brand new generation of students from the private school in New York introduced to social surveillance nine years after the crash of the site. Gossip Girl explores how social networks – and the landscape of New York itself – have changed in the years that followed. The series features Jordan Alexander, Eli Brown, Thomas Doherty, Tavi Gevinson, Emily Alyn Lind, Evan Mock, Zion Moreno, Whitney Peak and Savannah Lee Smith.
