A society obsessed with the history of the Weiss family, led by Stafford, a particular psychotherapist and coach who built his fortune on personal development books. His wife is both the mother and manager of their 13-year-old son, a TV star just out of rehab.
David Cronenberg's new film, Maps to the Stars, is competing at the Cannes Film Festival.
On the poster: Robert Pattinson, Julianne Moore, Mia Wasikowska and John Cusack. The film was released in France on May 21.

Maps to the stars, from the same David Cronenberg, competing for the Palme d'Or. And The Rover, a very black drama by Australian director David Michôd (Animal Kingdom), which will be presented in the midnight session.
